Restaurant Manager – Domino’s Pizza Uppsala

Domino’s Pizza is opening in Uppsala – we’re looking for experienced leaders!

Are you an experienced, committed leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? Do you have strong drive, good leadership skills and at least two years’ experience in a management or leadership position?

Domino’s Pizza is establishing itself in Uppsala and is now looking for a driven, responsible and results-oriented Restaurant Manager who wants to be involved from day one and build a strong team and a successful restaurant.

About the role

As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. You lead and develop the team, ensure high standards of service and quality, and work actively to reach the targets set.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Running the restaurant’s day-to-day operations
• Leading, motivating and developing team members
• Staffing, scheduling and workforce planning
• Planning and placing orders for food, ingredients and other restaurant supplies
• Making sure the right stock levels are available based on sales and demand
• Onboarding, training and following up on new team members
• Ensuring high standards of service, quality and food safety
• Monitoring sales, costs and restaurant performance
• Making sure Domino’s procedures, standards and guidelines are followed
• Creating a positive, professional and efficient working environment
• Working hands-on with the team to achieve the business’s goals

As Restaurant Manager, you are an important role model for the whole team and are expected to be present and involved in daily operations.

Who you are

We are looking for a confident, experienced leader who can create structure, engagement and results. To succeed in the role, you will have:

• At least 2 years’ documented experience in a management or leadership position
• Experience from restaurants, hospitality, service or a similar business
• Good leadership skills and experience managing staff
• The ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented way
• A strong service and customer focus
• The ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Experience working towards sales and performance targets
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

A Swedish category B driving licence is a plus, but not a requirement.

Training and onboarding in Malmö

To give you the best possible start in the role, we offer a paid training and onboarding period in Skåne of approximately 4 months. During the training you will get a thorough introduction to Domino’s ways of working, procedures, systems, leadership and restaurant operations.

We cover:

• Travel to and from Malmö/Skåne
• Accommodation during the training period
• Paid training time

This means you will arrive well prepared for your new role as Restaurant Manager in Uppsala.
